"Primrose Hill"

RINDASALMUN defines the ways in which clothes can be at once strong, bold and rather masculine, but also sweet and feminine. The collection ranges from sharp silhouette of fitted blazer with contrasting colours and geometrical cuttings, masculine tops with a touch of feminity, and panelled architectural dresses inspired from the shapes and reflections of building windows. Skirt ends just below the knees with opening details or slits for movement. Pants are high-waisted, with combination of fabrics, worn with shirts, blazers, or gilets.

The palette consist shades of navy blue, white, cream with surrealistic floral, and geometrical prints of sky blue, pink, purple, lime green, also dusty peach, all anchored in black or navy blue, which is used variously as a counterpoint, a frame or an accent. Fabrics comprise from double-faced satin duchess, double-faced silk, cady silk, taffeta, and smooth satin duchess to add structure and architecture lines. Cotton silk, satin organza, and crepe silk are also used for tops and detailing to create a light and airy dimension.

The inspirations came from the beauty of the contrasting elements that are visible within the dynamic metrapolis life. The enjoyment one can obtain during a lunch break in the park on a nice sunny day in the middle of a hectic workday while looking at the scenery of trees and flowers with backgrounds of skyscrapers. It is about capturing both the simplicity and the complex elements of the urban life. This collection offers women to be bold and gallant, yet still gracious and ladylike.
