RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to provide you with great satisfaction in regards with our services. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can arrange a return within 2 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Our team may reject returns or exchange received outside of this window or without notification.
Return and exchange is given under a condition of the received item(s) damaged or defected. You should indicate the reason for return item(s). We will then notify you by e-mail if the conditions below are not met for any returned or exchanged items.
The following conditions of the purchased item(s) must be met for the return to be accepted:
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Item(s) must be returned to the original condition received without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume or any form of defect.
All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive an exchange.
Items(s) must be returned to the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.
To arrange a return and exchange, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. You may elect to use your own return shipping service. We strongly recommend to take note the tracking details and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit. The postage costs for return item(s) are the customer’s responsibility and will compensated only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
We do not do any refunds for any purchased item(s) other than cancelling the order. Orders can be cancelled by us or customer prior to the order being prepared for shipment. Cancelled item(s) occur in the event of stock being unavailable or unable to process the request. Refund will be automatically to your nominated bank account / PayPal from which the original payment was made with a copy of your refund invoice attached.
All prices quoted on the web site will be in Rp IDR.

You will receive and e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window.

We are also use Go-Send service by Go-Jek for shipment within Jakarta, Indonesia. Please state this option during checkout.

Please refer to for shipping rates. International shipment rates may changes due to exchange rate. Shipping cost will be calculated after confirmed order. All of our international shipments will be charged based on the weight of the order.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions. Please ensure all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.
There may be local duties and taxes incurred on your order depending on the destination country. You may be required to pay these import duties and taxes to the courier on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
At the moment we only accept bank transfer to Bank Central Asia (BCA) Indonesia and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared upon dispatch of your order by www.rindasalmun.com. If you choose to pay with PayPal, when selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Rinda Salmun. You confirm that the credit or debit that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the card. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to www.rindasalmun.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Site.
