1. On the day of your chosen appointment date and time, we will delivery your chosen pieces to your home or designated place, and we will confirm you that it has arrived for you to try it on.

2. Once you’ve tried everything on, simply confirmed by call or WhatsApp to let us know the items you would like to purchase. Should you require a second opinion or assistance during your appointment, please do not hesitate to let us know. 

3. Should you wish to purchase any of the pieces, we will then send a method payment so you can pay in the comfort of your home. Please send the payment within 1 hour upon you confirmation. Then we will kindly ask you to leave any un-purchased items at your home ready to be collect from us.

FAQs

Who will be carrying out my experience?

If you choose to have our style advisors be available for you, please let us know beforehand. We will try to accommodate this service for you so that we can ease the process of finding your perfect style and fit.

What happens if I choose not to receive styling assistance?

Prefer to try-on alone? No problem. We will simply deliver your pieces and return after 40 minutes — leaving you to try it all on in privacy.

Once you’re done and have decided what you wish to purchase, we will then send a method payment so you can pay on your chosen pieces, then we take-away the pieces you weren’t so keen on.

Will 40 minutes be enough time to make my decision?

Absolutely – you’ll find it’s probably more than you need. It’s more than double the average time spent in an in-store fitting room, so there’s even extra time to outfit build with pieces from your existing wardrobe.

How do I pay for the items I wish to keep?
Once you’re confident in what you want to keep and what you want to return, you can purchase your new pieces and we will send our preferred method payment. 

Do you serve my area?

This service currently serve in Jakarta area.

How many items can I try on?

The maximum number of pieces you can order at once will be 3 pieces.

How much does the service cost?

There will be a service charge and delivery fees to accommodate this special service for you. Please get in touch with our team if you would like to use this service. 

Our team are practising to the highest levels of health & safety when they are personally delivering the pieces, and most importantly our pieces are sanitised as well as deep-cleaned to ensure the cleanliness before you would like to try and decided to purchase.
